2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity: name and surname.
• Contact: email address, phone number.
• Request and booking details: the selected tour or yacht, date and time, number of guests (adults / children / infants), transfer and extra service preferences, your notes, price, booking number, payment and collection records.
• Where required for the service: identity or passport details for the Harbour Master / Coast Guard passenger list on yacht and sea tours. This is not requested in the form; it is asked for separately before the service only when necessary.
• Marketing: your consent to commercial electronic messages and its date; the advertisement or link through which you reached us (source information).
• Transaction security: IP address, form submission time, consent records, server logs.
• Only if you accept cookies: usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit and device and browser information.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Receiving your request, providing availability and price information, and contacting you.
• Creating and confirming the booking, and ensuring the service is performed by the contracted travel agency and service providers (yacht operator, captain, guide, transfer company).
• Sending booking, change and confirmation messages (email, phone, WhatsApp).
• Carrying out payment, accounting and invoicing processes.
• Fulfilling legal obligations (harbour and police notifications, tax legislation, requests from competent authorities).
• Responding to your requests, suggestions and complaints; protecting our rights in possible disputes.
• Ensuring the security of the website and our systems and preventing misuse.
• Measuring which sources bring in requests from our advertisements.
• If you consent: sending commercial messages about campaigns and offers; measuring website usage statistics.

4. Legal Grounds

• Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): request and booking details, contact details.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): harbour / police notifications, accounting and tax records.
• Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e): retention of booking and consent records.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): security logs, measurement of advertising sources.
• Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): sending commercial electronic messages and Google Analytics cookies. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

5. Method of Collection

Your data is collected from you through the booking and information request forms on the website and through email, phone and WhatsApp correspondence; and automatically through server logs and (with your consent) cookies.

6. Recipients (Within Türkiye)

• The contracted TÜRSAB Group A travel agencies that sell and perform the service, as well as yacht operators, captains, guides and transfer companies: only the information needed for the service (name, number of guests, date, contact details).
• Competent public authorities (Harbour Master, Coast Guard, Police, tax administration, judicial authorities): where required by law or upon request.
• Our accounting and legal advisers: to the extent necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
• Your data is never sold or rented for commercial purposes.

7. Transfers Abroad

• Hosting and email: Website, booking and management panel data is stored on servers in the Germany (Frankfurt) data centre of Hostinger International Ltd.; emails are sent through Hostinger email servers. This transfer is made under the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board pursuant to KVKK Art. 9.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, including the USA): only if you give consent in the cookie banner, and with the IP address anonymised.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to write to us via WhatsApp; WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to these conversations.
• Fonts and images on the website are loaded from our own server; no information is sent to third parties for them during your visit.

8. Retention Periods

• Booking, payment and accounting records: for the period required by the relevant legislation (10 years under the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code).
• Requests that do not turn into a booking: 2 years.
• Records of consent to and refusal of commercial messages: 3 years from the withdrawal of consent.
• Security and server logs: at most 2 years.
• Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

9. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• To request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

10. Applications

You may send requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to info@limpidevoyages.com (from the email address registered in our system) or in writing to our address at Arnavutköy / İstanbul. Your application will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

11. Cookies and Browser Storage

The following records are kept in your browser for the website to work: your language preference (limpide_lang), your cookie preference (limpide_cookie_consent), the advertising source through which you reached us (limpide_kaynak, 30 days; sent to us only if you submit a request) and a copy of the request you sent. These stay only in your browser.

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are used only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page; when you withdraw consent, measurement stops and these cookies are deleted.
